The owner of this gym is Don Ekholm. It has been established here since 1999 and Don Ekholm has served as a member of the player commission between July -99 and April -01.

So far two world chamions has grown up here. It is the Generator Brothers A1 and B1 who brought home fame and glory from the Toughman division.

Don Ekholm is a true lover of slappers. You better count with to be outpunched when facing a Ramstad boxer. They are by tradition almost always very fast and loves fights with hundreds of punches thrown each round.

Ramstad is placed in a idylic surrounding between the lake Vaettern, lake Taakern and mount Omberg in southeast Sweden. A historical place with lots a remains from the viking era and forward including the ruins of the 11th century monastary Alvastra and the famous 'Roekstenen' from the 7th-8th century wich contains the longest sets of runes ever found.
