ot Sauce Sammy Brown works at Riblet's House of Good Eatin' in the kitchen, creating some of the finest rubs and sauces to be used in barbeque. He also spends a good deal of his time at the smoker or grill, watching over the the delicacies. I am not sure where he picked up his skills in running a smoker, but the fine dining at Riblet's is mostly from Hot Sauce Sammy's expertise.
In the ring, Hot Sauce has developed a style unlike anything you have have previously seen. He hits so hard, and so often without ever tiring, that you wonder if he runs on batteries or something. I personally belive it is the Sauce. Hot sauce has a way of getting into your system. The heat of it all stimulates your adrenal glands into hyper-activity. All I can say is watch out, cause here comes Hot Sauce Sammy Brown!
Sammy's fight September 13th against Peter "Bruiser" Burns who fights for Marshal Kimmell ended with Hot Sauce on the canvas in the 11th round. Hot Sauce said after the match, "I don't feel so good man. Cookin' sure is easier."
An upcoming bout will be held September 20th against an unnamed fighter managed by another excellent EKO manager."
