rtavios "Dishman" Wallace grew up in the slums of lower Gaston County, with practically nothing to do but get into trouble. This led to five arrests by the time he turned fifteen. The state disciplinary school system kept him locked up in the training schools for minors until he graduated at the age of 18. But while incarcerated, he found solace in religion, and thus was led into adult life by his pastor, whom felt that anger is best dealt with through sports.
The pastor found Riblet's House of Good Eatin' was a perfect combination for young Artavios, holding both a future as a dishwasher in the kitchen, and for release of the boy's anger through boxing. And thus came to be the finest Middleweight yet from Riblet's Gym.
Artavious' time in the ring though has been a rocky one, owning the worst record of any boxer in Riblet's gym. The talented young fighter has simply not had enough heart to pull out the tough wins, but Riblet continues to let him try. The latest change was to allow Artavious to fight at the World competition level, giving him both new fighters to face, and a new inspiration in the ring.
