West Central Ohio Assassin 2004 CIT Champion!

Congratulations to West Central Ohio Assassin on capturing the CIT championship.
He joins an elite group of managers like Top Rank, DTG, Joe, Joe byrd and Jerri Maguire.
Also congratulations to la-may on becoming the first manager ever to reach 2 CIT finals. Maybe the third time will be the charm.
