Timmy the Turtle has long been an impressive manager, dating back to the late 1960's, when he roamed the wild streets of San Francisco. He hit his peak in the 70's when he managed three different world champions at one time. By the 80's the massive amounts of drugs and alcohol had taken their toll, and Timmy almost died of a massive heart attack after reaching a peak weight of 428 lbs. The entire decade of the 90's were spent recovering and re-discovering the menace that was the Turtle. Now, in the new millenium, Timmy is back...with a vengeance.
