All four of Buford`s great-grandfather`s served in the famous U.S. 10th Cavalry, the renowned Negro Unit that earned fame and glory during the Indian and Spanish Wars. Buford works on his family`s ranch on the outskirts of Stockton, just off Highway 5. They also have a wholesale meat market on the premises which is open to the public.
