Tully, a Stockton native, is descended from OKIE migrants who fled the Dust Bowl disaster during the 1930`s. He`s a good clean athlete, who`s never touched tobacco. He works as a forklift operator for E.&J. Gallo Wineries. He is also a fine connoisseur of their products, when not in training.
