Brooks is a distant cousin of the actor Jeff Bridges, who discovered Brooks homeless under the Brooklyn Bridge. He took pity on Brooks, and set him up out here in Stockton. Years of poverty and living out in the cold have taken their toll on his body, but not his spirit. He thinks TWA stands for some association with the airlines, where he "sends guys flying." But, in reality, the guys in the gym gave him that name, meaning TROLL WITH ATTITUDE. Imagine, Joe Pesce`s face on Danny DeVito`s body, with long scraggly white hair, and long sharp incisor teeth. Halloween is his worst night, since all he hears is, "Hey, nice costume, little boy!" Well, as you can see Brooks has a lot of problems. But, let him speak for himself. "Hey, I was homeless? No way, I just lived under the Brooklyn Bridge. You got a problem with that? YO! You think you can take me? You want a piece of me? OK, you and me, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW! Hey, pal, I got your fancy fightplan RIGHT HERE!!!"
