He beat the monstrous Joe "Joe" Joe in a sparring match and quickly became friends. He boxes with golden shorts with a pimpernel flower on his belt. He has been seen around Paris breaking into strange establishments connected to the revolution, leaving notes. He true motive is romance, he was turned down by the beautiful Olive Poulon because of his financial trouble. One day he wishes to win enough bouts to become rich and marry the girl of his dreams.
