Since the great EKO Crash of '98, a lot of weird things have been going on. With the regulars in Limbo, the Fat City B.C. has been haunted by ghosts. Joey Franks was part of mine and Mr. Ryan's old neighborhood gang, The Black Crowns. Joey was the best! Fast hands, a strong chin, and lots of heart! Yeah, poor Joey! He had a Big Heart! Trouble is, when big hearts break, there's just no mending them! Still, Mr. Ryan and I are glad he's back with us, at least for a little while. VIVA JOEY!!!
