Stefanos is from the Greek Island of Lesbos, famous for its Ouzo. This aperatif is the boxer's passion. He always sits on the beach or on a nice hill at sundown and partakes in mezé and Ouzo to relax. But before that - he's a grumbly greek guy with a terrible temper. He joined the Scarlet Gang and their leader Mad Marcus to train - and to earn enough money to buy all the Ouzo that he wants.
