Fighter Description

Kramer creates Dr. Martin Van Nostrand in the episode where George airbrushes Mr Krueger out of his family photo (that was sitting on his work desk). Kramer pretends to be a dermatologist to get a picture of Krueger with his shirt off. After that "docter van Nostrand" makes several other appearances, e.g. when Kramer tries to get Elaine's files for her at the hospital.
