MIDDLE MASSACRE TOURNAMENT

WE HAVE A WINNER!

In the end it was a damn close thing but the winner with 23 points is Duke of Dorkdom! If he wants his $10 prize he'll have to I-mail me his Paypal email address.

Just missing out by the narrowest of margins is Alamo Athletic Club on 22. Unlucky. His prize is the next fifteen seconds off work and free oxygen for life.

In third is psmith17.

A special prize for young gun. He wins $100,000,000, a mansion in the French Riviera, a trolley dash round the Ferrari assembly factory, a ton of cocaine genetically engineered to be non-harmful and a TV remote which allows you to to secretly kill anyone on TV who annoys you as bonus prize for having the best name in the tournament.

All prizes will only be paid out to non-banned TBG pro players.

THE RULES

1. Only ITM subscribers are eligible to enter.
2. Each entrant is allowed one fighter at a time.
3. Fighters score for inflicting cuts and nothing else.
4. Scoring is based on what cuts are on an opponents face at the end of a bout.
5. Each type of cut scores one point with no points for repeating that cut in a future bout.
6. There are 27 different types of cut available.
   • Minor cut, cut, serious cut and gash above and below the left and right eyes (16 total).
   • Bloody lip, bloody mouth, broken tooth and broken jaw.
   • Bloody nose, fractured nose and broken nose.
   • Swelling above an eye and eye swollen shut.
7. Only bouts that occur in the middleweight division are eligible for scoring.
8. To score a fighter must be rated 1 or higher.
9. If your fighter becomes unusable you can create another one and continue with the same tally but your new fighter can only score from rating 2 or above. (Rated 3 for third fighter and so on.)
   Exception: If a fighter never makes it to rating 1 (ie: you suck) then you can just start with a new one with the same rating requirement.
10. The bout need not result in a victory.
11. Winner will be the first manager to collect all 27 injuries or be ahead when I get bored of this contest. (Probably about Christmas time)
12. In the event of two managers having the same number of injuries collected at the contests end the tie-breaker will be whoever has the most points in their collection from the 'Middle Massacre Award' points system.
13. If its still a tie after that then the winner will be the highest rated fighter
14. If its STILL a tie then it'll go to the highest status fighter. After that I'll make something up.
15. I'm allowed to enter too.
16. Fighters must have the words 'Pete' or 'Peter' (no spaces) in their names. Why? Because I can and it'll make them easier to find in the fight results
